منظمة اليونيسيف ترصد 10 آلاف انتهاك ضد الأطفال في النصف الأول من 2019، تشمل القتل والتشويه والعنف الجنسي والاختطاف وحرمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية وتجنيد الأطفال والهجمات على المدارس والمستشفيات.

النزاعات تخلف الانتهاكات الأكثر قسوة بحق الأطفال
عدد بلدان النزاعات هو الأعلى في هذا العام منذ اعتماد اتفاقية حقوق الطفل سنة 1989
نيويورك - أعلنت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة "يونيسيف"، الأحد، أنها وثقت أكثر من 10 آلاف انتهاك ضد الأطفال في بلدان مختلفة من العالم خلال النصف الأول من عام٢٠٢٠ مقابل توثيق أكثر من 24 ألف انتهاك خلال عام٢٠١٩ بأكمله.
وشملت الانتهاكات التي وثقتها اليونيسيف بحق الأطفال "القتل والتشويه والعنف الجنسي والاختطاف وحرمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية وتجنيد الأطفال والهجمات على المدارس والمستشفيات".
وقالت اليونيسيف إن "عدد البلدان التي تعاني من النزاعات هو الأعلى في هذا العام منذ اعتماد اتفاقية حقوق الطفل سنة 1989 ".
ورصدت منظمة اليونيسيف في بيانها أكثر من 170 الف انتهاك لحقوق الطفل خلال العقد الأخير (2019-٢٠٢٠) اَي بمعدل 45 انتهاكا يوميا.
وذكر البيان أمثلة عديدة لاكثر هذه الانتهاكات دموية وقسوة بحق الأطفال خلال العام الحالي، مشيرة إلى أن "العنف والتشرد والظروف الشتوية القاسية للغاية في شمال وشرق سوريا في يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي أدت إلى مقتل 32 طفلاً على الأقل".
وفي فبراير/شباط، وقعت عدة هجمات عنيفة ضد مراكز علاج الإيبولا شرقي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، مع استمرار الهجمات على مدار العام.
20 الف طفل من العراق يتعرضون لانتهاكات
وفي مارس/آذار، قُتل أكثر من 150 شخصًا، من بينهم 85 طفلاً، في هجوم شنته جماعة مسلحة على قرية أوجوساجو في منطقة موبتي بوسط مالي.
وفي أبريل/نيسان، قُتل 14 طفلاً وأصيب 16 آخرون بجروح خطيرة جراء انفجار وقع بالقرب من مدرستين في صنعاء، عاصمة اليمن.
وفي مايو/أيار، دعت اليونيسف الحكومات إلى إستعادة الأطفال من مواطنيها الذين تقطعت بهم السبل في المخيمات ومراكز الاحتجاز في شمال شرقي سوريا.
واحصت اليونسيف ما يقرب من 28 ألف طفل من أكثر من 60 دولة مختلفة، من بينهم مايقرب من 20 الف طفل من العراق، لا يزالون محاصرين.
وفي مايو/أيار أيضًا، وردت أنباء عن مقتل أطفال وجرحى في تصعيد للعنف في ولاية راخين في ميانمار.
وفي يونيو/حزيران، تم تجنيد ثلاثة أطفال واستخدامهم من قبل مجموعة مسلحة لوضع متفجرات أسفرت عن مقتل 30 شخصًا وإصابة 48 آخرين في مركز لكرة القدم في كوندوغا، بورنو، نيجيريا.
وفي الأسبوعين الأولين من يونيو/حزيران، قُتل ما لا يقل عن 19 طفلاً وسط احتجاجات في السودان وجرح 49 آخرون.
ودعا بيان اليونيسف "جميع الأطراف المتحاربة إلى التقيد بالتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي ووضع حد فوري للانتهاكات ضد الأطفال واستهداف البنية التحتية المدنية، بما في ذلك المدارس والمستشفيات والبنية التحتية للمياه".
كما دعت الدول ذات النفوذ على أطراف النزاع إلى استخدام هذا التأثير لحماية الأطفال.
《ثم يوجد حاليا قصص خطف وقتل واغتصاب ذئاب بشريه للاطفال ببلدان العالم وذلك نناشد جميع منظمات حقوق الإنسان والحريات والسلام والامم المتحدة واليونسيف وحمايه الطفل والمرأة علي مستوي العالم بهذه الجرائم الشنيعة التي تؤثر علي العامل النفسي والجسدي والاسري لهؤلاء الأطفال نريد تطبيق عقوبات شديده وليس عقوبات خفيفه ولو جاء المغتصب والقاتل اقل من السن المحدد يطبق عليه كما يطبق علي البالغ ليكونون عبره للجميع هذه الأيام يكثر فيها هذه الانتهاكات ولا نتدخل بأمور بلدان من الفقر والجهل وإنما نريد هذا الحق لمن له الحق هل يري أحد أن العقاب ليس به رحمه ؟لا اوضع نفسك مكان اب او أخ لهذا الذي تم اغتصابه وقتله
نريد أجيال تعمل لحب السلام وتعمل علي المحبه والتسامح وليس الإرهاب والكره والعنصرية والطائفية

Conflicts leave behind the most severe violations of children
The number of conflict countries is the highest this year since the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989
New York - The United Nations Children's Fund "UNICEF" announced, on Sunday, that it has documented more than 10 thousand violations against children in different countries of the world during the first half of 2020, in exchange for more than 24 thousand violations during the whole year of 2019.
Violations documented by UNICEF against children included "killing, maiming, sexual violence, kidnapping, denial of humanitarian access, child recruitment, and attacks on schools and hospitals."
"The number of countries suffering from conflict is the highest this year since the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989," UNICEF said.
In its statement, UNICEF monitored more than 170,000 violations of children's rights during the last decade (2019-2020), i.e. an average of 45 violations per day.
The statement cited numerous examples of the bloodiest and cruel violations against children during the current year, noting that "violence, displacement and extremely harsh winter conditions in northern and eastern Syria last January led to the killing of at least 32 children."
In February, there were several violent attacks against Ebola treatment centers in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, with attacks continuing throughout the year.
20 thousand children from Iraq are exposed to violations
In March, more than 150 people, including 85 children, were killed in an attack by an armed group on the village of Ojusago in the Mopti region of central Mali.
In April, 14 children were killed and 16 others seriously injured in an explosion near two schools in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen.
In May, UNICEF called on governments to take back children from their own citizens who were stranded in camps and detention centers in north-eastern Syria.
UNICEF has counted nearly 28,000 children from more than 60 different countries, including nearly 20,000 children from Iraq, who are still trapped.
Also in May, children were reported killed and injured in an escalation of violence in Rakhine State, Myanmar.
In June, three children were recruited and used by an armed group to place explosives that killed 30 people and injured 48 others at a football center in Konduga, Borno, Nigeria.
In the first two weeks of June, at least 19 children were killed amid protests in Sudan and 49 others were injured.
The UNICEF statement called on "all warring parties to abide by their obligations under international law and put an immediate end to violations against children and the targeting of civilian infrastructure, including schools, hospitals and water infrastructure."
It also called on states with influence over parties to conflict to use this influence to protect children.
